Extremely noisy courtyard resulting in sleepless nights!!! Lack of staff presence made communication difficult, forcing me to rely on other hotels for assistance!!! The luggage room not locking is a security risk that should be addressed!!!

During my stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room, especially the shared bathroom facilities. The location is quite convenient, with several attractions like the National Museum and the Reykjavik Maritime Museum just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. However, the road noise did affect my sleep on occasion, being that my room faced the street.

We had a fantastic time exploring Reykjavik, particularly the whale-watching trips that were nearby. The kids loved it! The location is super convenient, with great shops and restaurants just steps away. Plus, our room was spacious enough for us and our pets.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available onsite. It felt like some amenities needed an upgrade for more comfort.

The location provides easy access to bars and restaurants right outside the door, making it convenient for exploring the area. Cleanliness stood out, with well-maintained common areas and kitchens available for guest use. However, limited staff presence made addressing concerns difficult, and noise levels from the street diminished the experience. Additionally, amenities could be improved to enhance overall comfort during the stay.
